At Aurelie Aulen, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure your pieces arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 days. 

  • During new collections, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

We plan to expand to additional international destinations in the future.


Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Free Standard Shipping

  • We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over CAD $200 (before taxes and after discounts). 


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Aurelie Aulen is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.


Lost or Delayed Packages

After your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is delayed:

  • Check your tracking information first.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for updates.

  • If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll be happy to help investigate.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may also affect delivery.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number.

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We'll review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, Aurelie Aulen cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Other events beyond our control
